Positive: The staff was extraordinary, very friendly and helpful. I know this is part of the principles of the company, but they were very polite, responsive and helpful. They even gave us an upgrade. The ground floor was still under construction. The appartement was very comfortable and all relatively new. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped with cooking pots to accommodate 7-8 persons, there could be a bit more light in the living room. Rest absolutely perfect. The only thing that was extremely strange has been the inventory list they gave us to sign and the hint to kindly not to take shampoo and showergel bottles home since they are expensive. We asked ourselves what kind of guests usually rent those appartements and take towels, bath articles or cutlery when leaving. The rent is not cheap so such people are supposed to have enough money to afford their own stuff at home.
